Our office will be following the CDC and ADA guidelines for dental healthcare providers and personnel to the best of our ability. The following guidelines are being implemented to help reduce risk of exposure of COVID-19 during dental appointments. Please read over some of the changes that may affect your visit. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office prior to your appointment at 281-578-7100. If we do not answer, please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call.
If you arrive to your appointment and it is determined that the guidelines are not met, you will be asked to leave the office and call us from your car.
WE are practicing social distancing. Please maintain a distance of six feet or greater when possible. If at any time we feel you are compromising our efforts, we will ask you to leave and call our office at 281-578-7100. When you arrive please sign in and have a seat in a designated seating area. Please maintain one family per seating section in the waiting room. All conversations with the receptionist will be held over the phone (e.g. scheduling appointments, changes in insurance and payments for dental services if required)
We will be screening EVERYONE who enters the office for fever and symptoms of COVID-19 when or before they enter the dental healthcare facility. Companions or patients should not enter the dental office if perceived to be at a high risk of contracting COVID-19 (e.g., having a pre-existing medical condition).
Any companion accompanying a patient will be prohibited in the dental operatory unless deemed medically necessary or due to age.
Everyone entering the dental healthcare facility must wear a face covering for anyone over the age of 9.
Adult patients (over the age of 17) must come to their appointment alone. Any companions will be asked to wait outside of the office except for instances where the patient requires assistance (e.g. people with special needs, elderly patients, etc.).
Pediatric patients (under the age 18) will be allowed one companion per family. Any additional companions will be asked to wait outside of the office.
A COVID-19 Pandemic acknowledgement of Risk Form will need to be signed before we see the patient (form located on following tab)
For the health and safety of our patients and staff the current protocols may cause appointment times to be longer.
Thank you for your help in the fight against the spread of COVID-19!
